DO NOT BUY!!!! after having WEEKS of an issue with this supplier I found the SAME review from a different person. DO NOT BUY this company pushes bad reviews to the bottom, you have to search for one. and funny enough the SAME issue im having someone else did too. I own a business I know how bad reviews can hurt but I also know that they warn ppl if its fraud and it is. I bought over a dozen of these machines and each time got cheaper and cheaper, I almost stopped but I gave them a chance to get better. than I had a shipment of 3 that none worked! thats when things changed, packaging was perfect, system didnt work!! begged and pleaded for a replacement. it took me to go to higher uos to get a response. when they finally sent me my "replacment" it was like they were laughing at me. they just didnt want to pay for shipping so they sent me tje smallest part possible knowing it woukd not fix the problem NOR is it possible to take this specific piece a apart and replace

You purchased total about 70pcs devices from us. 3 devices have after-sales service. The first one was purchased in 2023, and it's normal for it to have after-sales service after more than two years of use. However, you couldn't provide the corresponding video for us to check the problem, and you yourself said it was fine;The second one was also used for a while, but you wouldn't cooperate with us by providing video to check the problem, so we eventually sent you a handle free of charge. The third device's after-sales processing efficiency was low because you didn't provide the video as required by our professional after-sales team. Only after you said that replacing the handle and checking the internal circuitry were fine could we confirm that the problem was with the screen. So we immediately sent you a replacement screen free of charge. The video of the screen replacement will also be provided to you before receiving the screen, so don't worry.

biuggt thousands of dollars worth of product over time with them. each shipemtn got cheaper and cheaper parts. until one shipment was broken so i have 3 machines that are not abke to work. i only asked for one replacment because i could uae thw others for parts. they sent ne thru Weeks of trouble trying to get a replacement, always something, never a solutuon. i did everything they asked. i now habe to disbute the charge , when all they had to do was replace one part. im am so saddened by this. i would have been a client for years to come. RUNdont walk from this company.

    The customer purchased over 70 units in total, three of which had after-sales issues. The discount was only offered to repeat customers, and not every customer could enjoy it, but we did not compromise on machine quality. The three units had after-sales issues: the first was purchased in 2023, the second had been used for some time, and the third... We repeatedly asked the customer to follow the provided videos and record their own for us to check the problem, but we never received the videos. Finally, the customer only mentioned that replacing the handle and checking the internal wiring found no issues, which confirmed the problem was with the screen. Therefore, we immediately replaced the screen free of charge.
